FAQ

Why write about stupidity?

Humans usually try to ignore the stupid stuff they do, so this is a way to present it to them so they can change.

How often are articles released?

We try to release one article a week unless more accumulate. If more articles are available we will space their releases so that they are balanced throughout the week. One day we hope to have an article a day release.

Why doesn’t your motto make sense?

At first glance it doesn’t seem to make sense, but if you really look at it and think about it, there are at least two ways it works.

Why are there large gaps between some articles published?

There have been breaks in the past which was caused by a variety of reasons. We are planning better now and spacing articles out so when a break is needed no large gaps will form.

There are some articles that contradict each other, isn’t that stupid?

Sometimes authors will write about two different view on the same topic. This can be contradictory but also make sense. Points of view can affect the topic and it makes sense from what angle it’s viewed. Both sides have the possibility of being stupid and not being stupid.

What do you hope to achieve with the articles on HAS?

Bringing awareness to people who have incorrect views is difficult. This site tries to inject some humor into topics while covering the serious points of the issue.

The article doesn’t represent all the facts of a topic. Isn’t that dishonest?

Since these are articles and not research papers it’s hard to present all the facts in detail. The articles should address as many relevant facts as possible, and of course address relevant counter arguments where possible.
